While we’ve been happy with their exceptional performance as a manufacturing partner, we’ve been talking for some time about taking our relationship to the next level. That day is here, and we’re excited to announce you can now order Yeast Bay cultures directly from White Labs!
What does this new level of partnership mean for Yeast Bay customers?
You’ll still get the same exceptional cultures plus the 24/7 technical support and consultation directly from Nick that you’ve come to value as a customer of The Yeast Bay, now with even more benefits from White Labs:
● PurePitch® Next Generation – An evolution of the original PurePitch® made even better with the newest FlexCell® Technology, both Homebrew and Pro Yeast Bay cultures will be phased into this one-of-a-kind packaging, providing enhanced ease of use, highly consistent pitch rates, higher cell counts, and extended viability.
● Make Ordering Easier – Your order is fulfilled by White Labs, with the added benefit of ordering directly through YeastMan® or White Labs Customer Service and combining Yeast Bay/White Labs orders to reduce order time, save shipping costs, and get automated invoicing from your White Labs account. There are also no order minimums for homebrewers or homebrew retailers.
● Verified Quality and Consistency –All Yeast Bay cultures now have quality control data, strain information, and usage instructions on-demand through a QR code on each package.
● Precision Pitch Rates – Yeast Bay customers will have access to White Labs' online pitch rate calculator to allow brewers to dial in pitch rates for any fermentation.
All Yeast Bay cultures are now available in PurePitch® Next Generation Pro and Homebrew, as well as Nalgene Custom Pour for breweries who prefer that format.
