4 lb Avangard Vienna

2 lb Weyermann Munich II

0.5 lb Castle Special B

0.5 lb Weyermann CaraMunich III

0.5 lb Castle Aromatic

0.5 lb Avangard Wheat Malt

 

Boil: 90 minutes

0.25 oz Hallertau - 60 Minutes

The Yeast Bay Amalgamation

Various other lab pitches & dregs from 21 different beers

 

Fermentation:

Co-pitched at 68 ºF; Pull 1/3 total volume once a year & top off with a fresh batch; Age indefinitely
