Mash: 60 minutes at 148-150 ºF; sparge at 170 ºF

7 lb Pale 2 row

3.5 lb Pilsener Malt

2 lb Crystal 15L 

 

Boil: 60 minutes

0.5 oz Chinook - 60 Minutes

0.5 oz Cascade - 15 Minutes

0.5 oz Chinook - 10 Minutes

0.5 oz Cascade - 1 Minute

 

Yeast:

The Yeast Bay Funktown Pale Ale

 

Fermentation:

70 ºF for 6 weeks

 

OG: 1.052     IBU:38

FG: 1.007
