Mash: 60 minutes at 152 F; 10 minutes at 168 F; sparge at 170 F

0.75 lb Carapils 

0.63 lb Crystal 40 L

 

Boil: 60 minutes

5 mL Hop Extract - FWH

5 mL Hop Extract - 60 Minutes

1.0 oz Mosaic - 10 Minutes

1.0 oz Citra - 10 Minutes

2.0 oz Nelso Sauvin - Whirlpool, 30 Minutes

2.0 oz Citra - Whirlpool, 30 Minutes

4.0 oz Mosaic - Whirlpool, 30 Minutes

 

Yeast:

The Yeast Bay Vermont Ale

 

Fermentation:

65 F for 5 days, ramp up to 70 F for 7 days

Dry hop with 6 oz. Citra and 4 oz. Mosaic 5 days prior to packaging
